  • FlexIT core idea from the very beginning has been manufacturing hose assemblies in an efficient way and supplying high quality hose assembly related loose materials. Main targets are kit and batch production of hose assemblies and value added services for the end customer. One of our main targets is to supply hose assembly from customer order point to their assembly line faster, more flexible and cost effectively. Looking at the results today, we claim that we developed the new manufacturing concept "One Touch FlexIT"; which can be considered as a revolutionary method to manufacture hose assemblies. This new production system is fast, flexible and delivering a higher value-added products to our customers.

    One Man Concept hose assembly manufacturing is promising multiple times faster results when compared the traditional manufacturing methods. Plus it shifted our flexibility to next level. System is helping to manufacture both kit and batch manufacturing almost at the same work pace. Physical loads of our assemblers are now much lighter compared to earlier. The product itself is containing the data and it is steering the production. We integrated inside the assembly sequence all traditional hose assembly challenges: precise cutting, hose cleaning, fitting selection, crimping data settings, multiple methods of hose markings, data collection and packing according the customer demands. Automation records product related information to our database constantly.



    Multiple marking options help our customers to identify the end-products easier inside their own assembly line. One added value is automatic data collection behind the assembly ID. We are now able to offer full fitting and hose raw material traceability. Every hose assembly comes with a unique product ID which contains : bill of materials, production date, technical and many other data aspects. This all digital information is online readable from FlexIT data sources either immediately after the product is ready or later over the internet.
